For the entire month of July, and in partnership with Waynesboro's Community Read, Stone Soup Books is holding a Tree City Scavenger Hunt! Each child participating will receive a prize for completing the passport and be entered to win a gift card from Kline's Dairy Bar. Get out, explore, and record your findings! Participation is simple:
Pick up the book Discovering Trees from Stone Soup Books! Purchase of the book is required for participation; however, multiple participants can use the same book.
All exploring should be done with parental permission and supervision.
Please be kind to our parks! Do not leave trash or harm trees or property, and obey all city regulations.
Above all, have fun!
The grand prize drawing will take place on July 25th at noon, 12:00 PM; winners will be alerted soon after.
