Fun in Nature for Kids & Parents! Talk & playtime with author & educator Sharifa Oppenheimer

Learn about the child’s need for deep nature connection, and how as parents we can foster this love of the natural world. The children will be delighted with finger games and a lively cat and mouse chasing  game. Blue Ridge Children’s Museum volunteers will be doing a children’s activity while parents get a chance to talk with Sharifa.  We will end with a happy story to inspire an afternoon of pretend play. Sharifa's books will be available for purchase and personalization!
